Devices back from police

So my son-in law's devices were returned to my daughter.
I presume he won't be allowed to use them because of his sentencing conditions.
Since he's totally ignored her in the last 11 weeks and made no effort to arrange supervised contact with his kids or contact her solicitor regarding financial separation.
I don't want him to have these devices back or am I being mean.
I hate what he's done to my family and grandkids.

If they are legally his, then refusing to give them back would be seen as theft. But since he is not making contact, then I see no reason why you should attempt to contact him. Just wait and see what he does next.
Okay thanks
