4 months in. OH arrested in July! It's real ups and downs. Pray for a NFA but dread the worst.
How do people usually get informed of an NFA? Do the police call? Does a solicitor call? Do they email? Not knowing is the worst.

My husband received an NFA last Monday, 2 months after arrest. I'm aware this is really quick compared to others on here. They called him first then called me to let me know
Has the solicitor said nfa is a possibility?

The solicitor does say there's a strong chance of NFA.
OH arrested for cat a, b and c images on kik platform but the device he had at the time isn't the same and he says he hasn't been on the app since new phone.
But who knows. The waiting is so horrible. X

He recieved a call from the OIC, I got nothing.

Good luck Sad1234. I hope your solicitor is right. Ours said there was a (small) chance of a police caution but unfortunately it didn't work out that way.
