It really, really comes down to the judge and also what he has done since being arrested at times too.
Ive seen quiet a few people get either community order or suspended sentence for procession and or distribution when numbers have been low on here. But some judges like to make examples of people and give prison sentences. I would still prepare for worst case senario just incase

My person got 2 years suspended so the maximum you can get otherwise sent to prison. That was for possession and distribution. And the solicitor told us if it was just possession then it would probably of been a much lighter sentence.
But honestly. It's Completely upto that judge on the day.. Strong mitigation and rehabilitation work will definitely help x
It's really down to the judge on the day! My OH was charged with making (no possession), he done courses etc along with good reference letters which helped. 18 month suspended sentence, 7 years SHPO and 10 years SOR.
