He’s done it again

My brother who is 1 year away from completing his probation has offended again.
This morning the knock came, again! He was already sentenced and did 3 years of a 6 year sentence in prison for his offence and has been out for 2 years now.
The warrant says that he has been inciting under 16yo's to engage in sexual activity. I don't understand it. He has monitoring apps on his phone. He's still in custody atm and I know he's going to come home and speak lies and me and my mum won't find out what he's actually done until the court date/sentencing.
I'm so angry and disappointed.
TIA!

So sorry you find yourself back in the same situation. My friends son did the same thing. She is adamant that her son wouldn't or couldn't change. He knew he was going back to prison so took his own life - on her birthday.
I don't have any advice but didn't want to read and run.

Oh Lilypad, I’m so sorry to read this. The risk of our loved ones reoffending is a worry for many of us on here and my heart goes out to you and your Mum.
I understand your anger and disappointment — those feelings are completely valid. It’s incredibly hard when someone you love makes choices that hurt not only themselves but everyone around them. Please remember that you’re not alone in this; we’re here to support you.
