Absolutely terrified son is in court tomorrow for plea hearing! I feel like its come round quicker then I thought it would and I dont feel ready!

Should I have done a letter for the judge? For magistrates? Or if it goes to crown?

I can't stop crying i feel sick I'm scared got no one to talk to about it all I just wanna scream!

Because there were some cat A if there wasn't then probably would have been dealt with at magistrates. Solicitor seems to think a community order and some courses is what he will get but who knows.

I'm sure I read your son is only 14? (Maybe I've muddled things up) How come his case has been sent to crown court and not staying in the youth courts? This seems so unfair big hugs x
