My person was arrested for the second time the other day. He's currently on probation for the same offence after serving 3 years of a 6 year sentence. He's due to end probation this time next year.
They bailed him until February but obviously that could change. The arrest was for supposedly inciting an under 16 to engage in sexual activity. They ceased 2 devices, both with esafe on them and in interview they didn't put any information or evidence to him on what he'd supposedly done. He swears he hasn't done anything wrong as how could he as he's got the monitoring apps on his phone. In the interview they mentioned a report from on online agency.
I honestly cannot believe we are here for the second time around and I'm taking everything he's saying with a pinch of salt. But I'm also very confused as he mentioned "why would I do anything like that if they are monitoring me".
Has anyone been through this the second time around or had something similar happen?

Hi lilypad, I don't have any experience of a second time around but didn't want to just read your post and scroll on. I can only imagine how awful it must be to go through this a second time, it's the thing many of us dread, but I wanted to let you know you're not alone.
