My autistic Son was sentenced in October after 3.5 yrs of hell (communication offence). It reached the local rag the same day and as far as I know , nothing else. To be fair, I dreaded the media exposure so much but the actual report was reasonably balanced and not sensationalised. It was bad enough don't get me wrong but trying to return to 'normality' has felt really strange.

Good luck, at least you will have some sort of closure !

Hi, for my person, around 80 images, all categories. Both magistrates and then crown court made the online news, a few days after. Street and area posted but no photos (been told its dependent on the police force and OIC if they release photo or not).

Then shared a lot around Facebook on different click bait sites and in local fb groups :(

Sending you huge amounts of luck and I really hope yours doesn't go in x

We were 9 days after sentencing with one charge of 9 cat B, images that could only be accessed using specialist software, they were in the cache on his phone - they only use cache evidence in sex offences because it's not considered reliable enough in any other offence. Despite this the headline read he had 'a stash' of images!! Damage done.

Good luck is all I can say, there are too many variables whether it hits - size of town/city, numbers of more serious (meatier stories) at the time, number of reporters recruited by the local paper, filling stories on quieter days/weeks. In our case the low number was not a factor. X
