Hi all
based in Wales- my OH has been told to engage with a family law specialist to be able to sort seeing his children. He had supervised pre prison and sentencing.
can anyone recommend? Or have done similar. We will also need to engage a legal professional as we have had social services at our door for almost 3 years now- no risk assessments no way forward no help just stress and heartbreak.
all i want is my babies in our home supervised so they dont also lose their home (4 nights a month)

hos probation worker has now banned him from returning home, and told him that he and i cannot be together in the same property.
he says my fiance has minimised behaviour and i am unable to safeguard mg children.
but has given no evidence.
my partner is in bits
i cant cope. We have done everything they have asked. Everything and always been honest.
i just dont know what i can do anymore
