C Section Safety Plan

Hi all,
We have been asked to completed a safety plan and the SW was really pushing we need to work out what would happen if I had a c section.
I am really lost as apart from the father or family members supporting me with lifting and maybe doing more household chores.
What else can I include?

Are they saying this because you have to be supervising around the baby, so he wouldn't be able to be alone with baby whilst you're recovering?
things you could consider:
organising rooms/home for easy access for you/baby (setting up everything you need in your room)
use of monitors
schedule of friends/family helping/supervising
otherwise I'm not really sure what they're asking?

Id probably include him either not doing personal care or only doing personal care in your presents (as not doing personal care may not be feasible). I had an emergency c section and I could barely hold my daughter,(had them prior to the knock).
