Does anyone know how long it takes devices to be returned. All devices cleared and got phone and tablet back 17th November so that was 3 weeks from being told it was over and all clear. Xbox didn't come back and OIC stated he had to check something and now released for collection so shouldn't be long. Its now almost 4 weeks since and nothing. Why it wasn't released same time I don't know. Husband now thinks they have either lost it or broke it.

Wanted it back this year so could start 2026 fresh.
