Moderation and opening hours over Christmas
Notifications OFF
Dear Forum Users,
As Christmas approaches, we’d like to share some important information about moderation and support during the holiday period.
Please note that we aim to moderate and approve any posts submitted for moderation over the bank holidays and weekends during Christmas on the next working day. However, with fewer staff available, it may take a little longer for posts awaiting moderation to be approved. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll do our best to process posts as quickly as possible.
If you’d like to contact our helpline, our opening hours over Christmas are:
24/12/25 – 9:00am to 4:00pm
25/12/25 – Closed
26/12/25 – Closed
29/12/25 – 9:00am to 9:00pm
30/12/25 – 9:00am to 9:00pm
31/12/25 – 9:00am to 4:00pm
01/01/26 – Closed
Please note that we will resume our usual opening hours and moderation schedule after 1st January.
If you need someone to talk to outside of these hours, you can find a list of available services in our pinned Christmas post here.
Kind regards,
The Forum Team
