I've been reading though the forum and it's so awful that so many of us are here.

It's almost 2 months post knock and whilst I still think about it daily, my thought process is to get through Christmas and see what the new year brings.

I just wanted to wish people a merry Christmas even though it might not be that merry, we are all stronger than we think and I'm sending lots of love xx

Thank you and the same good wishes to you.

This is the third Christmas since our son's arrest and a week ago he received a suspended sentence so this Christmas will be one without the heavy weight of the future and one day, whatever your person's outcome, that will be you, Lollipop.

Having said that - for the past 2 Christmases we managed to create the illusion of normality and festivity and the shadow of what was coming kept its distance for a short while. I hope you can tap into that too xx

Hi Lollipop

thanks for the Christmas wishes! I just want Christmas to come and go as quickly as possible. My son is back to answer bail in February. We will be 6 months in by then. He's 17!
Hope you have a good Christmas sending hugs
