Is anyone else's person a narcissist?
I didn't realise until I finally got some therapy, the way it's always been my fault (not giving him enough attention) , the lack of empathy/ remourse/ taking accountability.
I actually can't believe it now when I look back and didn't see what was happening!
This person is my ex, long ex but because of our children he's still in my life somewhat.
