With regards to the companies, hotel chains etc (in the UK) that state if on the register they can't stay. Would this apply to my ex?

He was given charges but at court liberated under investigation.
No conditions were given by the police.
Social Work are no longer involved but we have agreed only supervised visits with my child and no staying at home.
There are no other conditions in place for other children.



From my understanding he should be allowed as doesn't state if under investigation. Would I be right do you think?

Yes I think you're correct. It would only be after someone signs the SOR which is usually following a guilty plea xxx
