I would be tempted to submit it to the IRO and summarise the letter during the conference to the professionals. You are going to have somebody in the conference aswell taking minutes and if you read your letter word for word, chances are they won't minute every single thing you say. So an overview of it would be better but make sure all the professionals are aware of your issues and what you have said in it etc x

Thank you upset mother. It was brutal, no one taking a blind bit of notice of Person or all the work he is putting into his rehab. The outcome was a foregone conclusion and it has gone to cpp.

had ours yesterday - like yours it was a foregone conclusion - absolute farse! the only candidate who voted against a CPP was the police!! The whole system is out of control and its us who are paying the price for it. Waiting to see what garbage they throw at us in the upcoming core meeting. Good luck yith yours.
