Children's services found me to be a protective parent, my now ex husband is moving out soon, I am not comfortable with him having the children for over night visits, where do I stand as far as him having contact with the children? He will not admit his wrong doing even though the oic has informed me if search terms he used, he was nafd but only due to lack of evidence not innocence so obviously is not doing any courses or anything to prevent future incidents
