Has anyone had any experience or can give any advice about potentially taking children's services to court?

we've tried everything and their decisions on me are so unfair, we've complained to ombudsman, they don't want to know because my OH case is still ongoing.

Can I get any free advice from a solicitor do you know?

a desperate mother, over 5 years since arrest, no progress and my children have been on CPP since birth (2021). Court delayed 3 times.

Plenty of family law solicitors will give a free consultation to see if you have a case or not. Find some of the ones in your local area and ring them.
