My son as got a meeting with police, for not informing them of bank details ,even though card numbers not changes

Hi Poppop, I'm so sorry you're going through this. I'm not sure I understand though, if the card numbers havent changed what has changed?
If the old card has expired and you get a new card you still need to inform the police, even if the numbers stay the same. The issue date and expiry date has changed. That is what my OH got told.

Yes his bank as not change or numbers on card,he didn't relaize he tell them when card expired
He done one Yr suspended sentence
He had three different police officers
They don't tell when he had a new one officer
He only found out as informing going away
