Anyone had experience of Judges Findings?

So SS have instigated judges findings on OH saying that they need them to justify funding for a professional risk asessment. Given that I dont trust anything they say (and with good cause) has anyone else had their OH go through this, and if so what was the outcome? I cant find much online about it but given what weve been through so far im wondering if its just another way of them having an excuse to further tighten restrictions. As it is he cant come home at all so what more do they want?
