Chances of Custodial Sentencing

What is the likelihood of someone recieving a custodial sentence for making IIOC X4 and distribution X4 charges?
I'd like to say unlikely, but the truth is none of us can be certain.
I'm sure there are others on here whose person has had similar charges and they may have a better insight into it.
In all likelihood the most will be a suspended sentence as prisons are full.

Its unlikely mostly due to the fact the prisons are so full right now. Suspended sentence is the minimum for distribution by the way.
My husband was charged with pocession and distribution of IIOC. He got 12 month custodial sentence being served as a 2 year suspended sentence. 150 hours community service, he paid a fine and got a 5 years SHPO (no restrictions for under 18 it just mentions monitoring software which we expected) and 10 years on the register. So id say its likely theyll get similar. Character references may help you here but do expect at least a suspended sentence.
