Social services returning

Since being RUI, my personal has been allowed back home with safety plan and no unsupervised contact. Fast forward to a few days ago, he received charges in the post. X4 category A, x16 category B, x60 category C and distribution of x1 category B.
what will happen now in terms of social services please? Will they say he now needs to leave the home or I guess assess him first and then decide? I've been able to supervise from day one.
also once sentenced, will they inform my child's nursery and then eventually school when they start? They are two and half.
has their been any instances where they assess and decide they don't need to be involved anymore?

I think it depends if anyone contacts SS. SS closed my case while bail conditions were in place. Once he had been charged his probation officer put a referal into SS which made them re-open the case- and in my case he had to leave the house under their safety plan. I was a bit naive because I thought my case was closed I thought that was it - I didn't know that anybody can put a referral through to SS and it gets re-opened. You can either contact SS yourself and update them or run the risk of somebody doing a referal to SS like they did with me. It is a minefield x
Same as UpsetMother.
I thought SS was all done and dusted with us (we had a very pleasant and supportive first experience with them) and then someone who had never even met me, put in a referral and bang- we're back under investigation. The experience isn't quite so nice the second time around.
I don't think it will ever end while we're still with an offender.

Hiya! Can I ask how long it took from RUI to the charges?
it feels like it's taking forever for us, it's been a year :(
