Solicitor recommendations West Midlands area

Hi all
I Have emailed our sons solicitor this morning as there has been not contact, and our sons plea hearing is in 16 days!
Does anyone have any recommendations for a solicitor in the West Midlands area please, even better if it's one that is familiar with autism.
Just in case we need to look elsewhere, if we don't hear back from the current one in a few days time, also, we will be paying as we want full mitigation put forward for our son (he will be pleading guilty)

Ive just gone through all this with my son who's physically disabled
this sounds quite normal to me and I would say it's not the solicitor who puts this forward but the barrister that they ask to represent them in court
I personally spent over 15k and got the same result as if I hadn't

It all just seems to be last minute from what I'm hearing, but we need someone who will apply for adjustments in court, for example to give our son time to answer questions as it takes him longer to process due to his autism.
Our sons charges are the highest end of image charges, from what I've read, it is going to be a fine line if he goes to prison or not, so we really need someone who will present all mitigation, as our sons has a lot, in order to give him the best chance of receiving a suspended sentence.
Where just so frustrated as we haven't heard anything at all!

From what our barrister said to us it would simply cost too much to put someone like our son in prison as he would need carers he needs help to shower and things and some of the things he was looking at where bad also dm me please and I can go into more detail
