Hi IAM asking for a friend he partner as breach is shpo 3 times and has been remanded in prison since September I met her on a prison visit

She said he was pleading guilty to one charge and not guilty to 2 charges basically she had a miscarriage and couldn't pick her son up from school so she sent her new partner as he hadn't told her what he was in prison for he's gone to school and use is mums maiden name as well to cover it up and Been living at this address with her and the children with out informing the police about he's in crown court on Friday he's told her he will be out with a suspended sentence and she says social services want him out as well

IAM thinking it will go to trail with pleading guilty to 3 of the 3 charges

She's even got her mum to have the children so she can spend time with him

I personally think she's getting her hopes up here is it just me as he will be classed as rev offendering but he's not actually done anything to children tho

Just don't want her to be upset and her mental health go down on Friday shall I not say anything are just tell her to not get her hopes up ( I only met her Saturday on a prison visit and was really upset )

I'm not sure I've fully understood.
He had a previous offence which his SHPO was for, but he was living with her and her children without declaring it and went to the school using a different name rather than the name he's got the SHPO with?

did she know any of this before hand? I understand love can make us want to see the best in people but I'd be very upset if I hadn't know and very wary going forward.
best of luck to her.

I suppose I wouldn't be offering any advice to her re the legal side of things. I'd just be offering a listening ear for her.

if I've misunderstood any of this - sorry!

Yes basically that's it lovely she didn't know what he been in prison for before yes it's children cos he's on sor as well

I just think she's getting her hopes up that he coming home on a suspended sentence how can that happen and how can SS be backing him to be let out of prison all seems very very strange to be she thinks cos he's pleading not guilty to 2 of the charges their will be thrown out of court this can't be right can it

Personally I think you should offer her someone to talk too but you've got enough worries of your own without taking anything else on tell her about this forum so she's got professional support if needed x

This sounds like my ex husband - he's been rearrested for using a false name etc and is due back in court next week.

Hi anxiousgirl he as previously been to Gail for down loading images he got 30 months went to his girlfriends school and picked her special needs son up ( it's a special school ) gave his mums maiden name but I don't understand how he got found out tho are how their found out so would think he is on the sex offenders register as well as a shpo I just don't want them and the children to get their hopes up

He's been remanded since November but the lady his adamant that he's coming home on Friday

I really think theirs a good chance it could all go to trail as it's gone from magistrates to crown court and he's got 3 charges he's pleading guilty to 1 and not guilty to 2

She even thinks the 2 not guilty charges will get thrown out and that SS are on their side from him coming out of prison

Just don't know what to do are what to say only met here on a prison visit

I just don't think their should be getting their hopes up
