Hi my loved one was caught and the judge he got wasn't on our side as anyone else's loved one in prison like mine he got 14 month and 14 month with community probation
Not sure if he gets the 33% off yet he's classed as cat c low risk is omu said when we visited it's really hard to keep going I miss him so much
We are 6 weeks in just want to chat with dome people who are in same situation as us

My OH is on remand and has been since just before Christmas. His suspened sentence was about to run out in January just gone. He's version of events is that he didn't disclose his works phone and when they saw it he had deleted twitter off it. Whether this is the truth or not I don't really know anymore.
Court date is a few wks off and i just feel sick with it all. Our son hasn't seen him for 3 months now as I don't want him to know what's happened so I've said he's working away and he gets to spk to him on the phone.
The initial knock was summer 2022 so I've been in this living hell since then. I'm so tired and worn out by all the lies.

My husband went to jail. It was over 6 hours away and I used that as an excuse not to visit him. We are now divorced and this week he was given another custodial fir breaking the terms of being on the SOR. Some folk never learn. He must feel very lonely as his kids and brothers want nothing to do with him and his poor mum is heartbroken.
Glad I'm well out of it now.
I know that doesn't help you but prison for me helped by giving me time to work out what I wanted to do.
