So my ex (step-dad to little girl) is due to answer to bail tomorrow. After the first 3 months he just recieved an email to say it had been extended for another 3 months then this was confirmed in the post. This time he hasn't heard a thing but does have a letter stating what time to go to the police station. He called his solicitor last week to ask if he'd heard anything, and said he will try chase things up but it would be unlikely he would be questioned as he would need his solicitor there and they've heard nothing. He's obviously very anxious about tomorrow, just wondered if anyone has been in a similar situation? Very new to all of this, and never been in a situation like this prior so it's just all very known.

Hi lovely just to let you know my lo didn't have a second interview and was charged when he answered his bail and given a court date xx
Thanks for your response - did he have any warning of this? And how come he didn't have a second interview? My ex was told to just say no comment in his first interview, this was after being knocked on my a peodophile hunter group.

We always got a letter stating my husband had to go to the police station. His solicitor would always call in the morning and go youre bail has been extended no need to go to the station. When they called him back for interview they asked when he was free. So be arranged a day for it. It wasnt you must come in today sort of thing. I dont know if this varies case by case
His bail has been extended. Unfortunately SS have told them he's been sleeping on the sofa on a night so they've added a curfew as to what time he's not allowed here but it doesn't effect us as he's never here anyway on a night.
I'm just upset that SS are lying, and making up ridiculous accusations that aren't even true. I think it's time to put in a complaint as this isn't the first time. It's almost like it's becoming personal as the SW told me something personal about her life.
