Knock came in August 2024 for OH having communication with under age(were decoys). Social services carried out assessments and allowed him to stay with us. Bail restrictions were removed in November 2024. 2nd interview happened at the end of January 2025. We have been waiting and today had a call from the Police inspector that he has papers to give my OH which need to be in person.
He couldn't tell us on the phone and also said they would return the family computer at this meeting. Been told we dont need legal representatives at this meeting as it's not an interview.
Any advice on what to expect? Is it court summons that he will be handed?

If they are returning all the devices they took away, then it means nothing was found and he will probably be NFA.
But if they are only returning one device and holding on to others, then it could be something else, possibly charges, or maybe a caution.
