Does anyone know of any charities, organisation or professionals that work with offenders post prison sentence. My partner is working hard to rebuild his life and create some purpose, but the constant kick backs and hurdles I can tell are getting to him. His social circle is non existent. I think he'd benefit talking to someone, he's attended specific therapy related to the offence, I think what he needs is more of a life coach/mentor/mental health support but from someone he can be somewhat open with regarding the offence, only to provide context as to his situation.
