Hi guys, I recall seeing a course that LFF provide that is free for family and friends to help understand why their person did what they did and that their person would have to pay for it. I have gone through forum and LFF website and I cannot find it. Please can someone give me the name of it..thanks

I would call the helpline and they will tell you about the courses they offer.

Have a look at/Google "Stop it Now Inform Course"

It explains what the course consists of. I highly recommend it.

Just to add that although the Inform course is mainly carried out online, because we live in reach of one of the Lucy Faihfull Offices, my husband and I did it there with a LFF staff member so it was very personal to us. Maybe not an option for everyone of course, but we are retired so were free during the day.

We did it online - I was dreading it as I loath face to face calls and try to avoid them whenever possible.

But the ladies running the course were lovely, as were the 5 other participants, although each with a different story and at different stages of investigation.

Doing the course really helped me to understand how these offences can happen to seemingly normal well adjusted men. And in turn that helped me to understand just what my OH was going through

In my opinion it was definitely worth it.
