PSR & Character Reference

Hope everyone is doing okay today.
Husband is to attend PSR soon and I'm just wondering what things I should put in the character reference? My mum will also be doing one, not sure what to put for that one either?
Would it be like when we met, when we got married, how much he loves his daughter, mental health struggles, his interests, how he was leading up to offence etc?
Also, any insight into what questions were asked at the PSR would be very much appreciated, thank you.

There's a good feed on character references somewhere if you search for it. We're not there yet but the feed had lots of good advice about what fo include and what not to say!
