Any advice on this?

I've just noticed that my address is the postal address given on my ex's charging paperwork (which he received by email), even though he hasn't lived here since he was arrested nearly three years ago. I've sent a pretty strongly worded email to the OIC pointing that out and saying that any paperwork which comes here will be 'returned to sender', as I want absolutely no involvement. I'm pretty furious as I don't want him linked to me & my children any more than he unfortunately is already.

Oh no! Is that the address that the court would use therefore accessible to the public? One of my fears is the media publishing our street name. We would most definitely be targeted by groups due to my ex-persons job

I asked the OIC which address would be used on court paperwork as my person was Jo longer living at the address since arrest and I was worried about repercussions and mine & my child's safety. They confirmed only the bail address would be read out.

His plea was in the local press (online and social media) but not sentencing.
