Any advice on this?

I've just noticed that my address is the postal address given on my ex's charging paperwork (which he received by email), even though he hasn't lived here since he was arrested nearly three years ago. I've sent a pretty strongly worded email to the OIC pointing that out and saying that any paperwork which comes here will be 'returned to sender', as I want absolutely no involvement. I'm pretty furious as I don't want him linked to me & my children any more than he unfortunately is already.
