Hi, my ex partner father to my children went to prison a few year back it was online offences and he has a shpo he reckons it states he can have unsupervised access to his children and is suddenly wanting to find out if it's possible but it's up to social services and me , he is wanting me to find a number for them which I don't have unsure who the kids social worker even is as they have just left me alone the last few year and had the odd phone call rather than visit but they did say prior to his release from prison last year I would need to follow safety plan of supervised contact he reckons when he comes off probation it may be different. Just wondered if anyone knew the likelihood of social services saying yes to him if they told me no a year ago or will he have to go through a long process with them to try and get unsupervised.
