My husband has been called in to 2 interviews now for breach of his requirements because he did not know he had to notify of any gaming accounts, turns out most the games he plays gives one of those automatic user names upon login eg user2345 or something like...

the police listed over 25 games he has on his phone asking why these auto generated usernames are being used and that he's using an "alias" to hide something

also as he thought it was only social media he had to notify he did give himself a name on google play account and they have question him on this too (it's just a daft username he's used)

it's gone to CPS and there's already a trial coming up regarding him disposing of a phone (he was told he could by his old officer sadly in person so no paper trail....then new officer got him arrested as she disagreed with what old officer said he could do and she didn't believe him)

im just afraid we've progressed far and are close to him returning home if trial goes well.....

what I'm wondering is have others had experience of accidental breaches? I mean he struggles with reading and the requirements are very wordy! He asked his officer for a chat to help him understand the order better and she said no! It's All a misunderstanding. I've read it and it doesn't mention gaming, so surely he can use this...

we're so scared don't want him going to prison after all this work :( any experiences? So broken I can't sleep

My person was rearrested when it was found he had deleted WhatsApp messages - who knows if they were innocent like he claims. Then rearrested again for giving a false name when he started a new relationship and not notifying the police when the council rehoused him. He is now back in jail. Sorry if that's not what you want to hear.
