When will this diabolical mess ever end. I swear the system is built to absolutely break you!!!
on top of everything else that's gone before my son's OMU is at best being difficult. His release date is incorrect and even though I've spent a small fortune obtaining the judge's sentencing transcript which clearly states 40%, she has calculated at 50% and keeps denying she's received the transcript even though it was sent direct To the unit from a solicitor.
Now, and I can't help but think she's part of this, they have relocated my son to a different prison, nearly 3 hours away!!!!! How the hell am I supposed to maintain any kind of support. He eats, sleeps and breaths visits. It's what gets him from day to day!
what kind of sh*t show is it that totally destroys not only the individual but their immediate family too.
I totally despair ??
Hs anyone on here had anything similar and been able to get their person moved back nearer home?
