So it's 2 weeks until my husbands trial for his breach that he disposed of a phone.

the story is basically his old mosovo said to him on message to keep his pjone, then when seen him in person for the last time decided to tell him that he is ok to dispose of it.

of course his new mosovo then says it's a breach and he wasn't allowed to dispose of it and he was arrested, all of a sudden his old mosovo (who was new to the job it turns out) has now denied what he said. My husband went not guilty at court and now faces trial in a couple weeks....we've been waiting 10 months...

does the probation and/or social services give any reports to the court that may persuade the sentencing if found guilty? I sure hope that's not the case but with no paper trail of him being told to get rid of the phone I am concerned :(

we are actually at a point where if he is found not guilty he can come home after nearly 2 years, it will be a dream come true for us and I was supervise him with the kids who admire him.

just wondering if I could hear some others experiences of breaches and the outcomes please? I am much aware that he could end up in prison but any positive stories out there !?

im so afraid, we are so close to what we have worked for and the social are happy with us and probation have lowered his risk and admitted that they are not in agreement with the police keeping him at high risk.

just to add this phone was completely smashed and it would've been registered the same day it was disposed of! from emails that I have seen it has been very much confusing for my husband and I hope he can't prove that there wasn't a Malicious intent.. to my knowledge nothing has been accessed whatsoever but feels the police are trying to trip him up!

thanks!'
