What happens on the day at crown?
PSR recommended community order but it was making in all 3 cat, so I'm being skeptical to try and stay grounded.

Very much dependant on the judge unfortunately.
There's been cases where people have got suspended, but likewise, ifthe judge wants to make an example then they've got custodial.
No one can predict
Prepare yourself for the worst & hope for the best ????

PSR recommended community order for the same offence. He got 18 months suspended, a fine, 100 hours community service, 7 years SHPO and 10 years SOR.
We prepared for the worst, which I would advice to do, because like someone has already said... It really depends on the judge in the day!
