My husband was given a trial date of the 22nd June back in late August. as a floating trial, he's just found out that it's not going to go ahead Monday and must now check at 4pm every day to see if he's on the listing, how long can this typically go on!? He's booked the week off and can't book time off the day before...we are hoping to see it still go ahead next week but we don't know what to think :( we want this over after next week and an outcome decided....any experiences? All this suspense to find this out and all the uncertainty it's far too much now

official guidance suggests the floating period should be no more than 1 week, although that is not guaranteed
