I don't know if this is the correct forum but i was hoping there are others who has a similar case. Allegations of sharing an underage (15 to 16) and possible videos(less than 5) of teens( 15 to 18). We were wondering how much sentence is it going to be as we have a dependent visa application and our children (one has autism and the other has seizure epilepsy) are at risk of family separation and their medical provisions stop due to immigration decision.
Hi, I'm sorry you've found yourself in such an awful situation, its hard enough to deal with the shock of the offence without also having the visa and immigration issues to work through.
I know you've asked about length of sentences but I don't feel able to speculate on that as i would simply be guessing and thats no help to you.
