My ex son-in-law finally found sense and accepted the revised financial settlement so the house can be now be secured for my daughter and her 3 kids.

It's been a long haul and he's put her through tough and challenging times.

What I didn't realise in Scotland you can't get divorced until the children's welfare and contact is sorted.

Given he has until September 2027 to serve out his restrictions we're still not out of the woods yet.

Anyway one hurdle obtained.
