Ladies who have to full supervise young children, how on earth are we getting any exercise? Now the weather's good I really want to try taking up running again, and I miss the gym, but I have a toddler so she can't exactly come with, and popping out isn't simple. Makes the anger at my husband rear up as I can't just leave them together for an hour and get a workout which really helps my mental health.

I have bought a treadmill but it's just not the same!

Could you maybe find some buggy fit classes? Or some gyms have a creche you can leave little ones with. It is really frustrating when you are having to do supervised visits and my kids are 15 and 11 and I have to just sit there for 2 hours twice a week being nice! Hope you get something sorted xx

Maybe a running buggy and find some buggy friendly routes. Maybe a parkrun.
