Hi do these shopo and sor

Stop you going to the beach and doing the normal things boat rides playing arcades etc

Other half still in prison but want a day at seaside when he's out to just hear the waves and eat donuts

Can we do this

Hi,

you would have to check on his SHPO if there are any places named that he can't go. Usually SHPOs still allow for a normal life and only restrict deleting internet history and contact with under 18s. If it is a contact offence or he is deemed high risk there may be a clause on there stating that he cannot go to areas where children would congregate. I would read through the terms of his SHPO to check before going and maybe choose a day that will be quieter at the beach xxx

My person wasn't allowed in play parks etc where there would be children

Thankyou all he's still in prison at the minute his was internet based we not even got his license conditions etc yet I know his due out in march 2027 , but might get the 33%

Things are so so slow thanks all xx
