Complaint to SS

Hi everyone,
I haven't been on here for a while as I've been trying to carry on with my life after my partner was arrested for IIOC and my life crashed. He was arrested, we had to live apart, I tried to understand and support, I was investigated by SS twice while we remained a couple, I had a breakdown, we separated, tried again.
Eventually I decided that love wasn't enough, and my mental health and ability to look after my daughter happily was a priority over my relationship so we separated.
I am writing today because I made a formal complaint to the local council and SS about the way I was treated and I'd encourage you to do the same if you feel comfortable. They treated me very badly: alerting me of welfare concerns via TEXT MESSAGE, hostile communications, lengthy investigations with little feedback regarding outcomes or next steps, surprise visits to the house. Of the four complaints I made, only one was upheld (the lengthy timescale) and I received a verbal apology. The others have not been upheld but are being reflected upon in their future actions (yeah right!). Either way, I'm glad I made them aware of the way they made me feel and the way they could potential isolate others. Maybe it will make a difference to someone else somewhere.
I am moving on with life. It's been hard but it is better every day. I still mourn the life I lost but I also recognise the positives I have in my life and future. For those of you who think there is no end to this- and believe me I felt that way- there is, and you can do it.
Stay strong and prioritise yourself.
