Hi everyone,

I'm really looking for any advice of help. My partner was arrested for s50 arranging and facilitating and he has a plea hearing coming up.

He says there was no arrangements to meet and in fact the discussion ended when he refused to go along with the undercover officers requests to meet. He says he said show me when the undercover officer said she abused her child and the rest was just dirty talk. No talk of location or money or any arrangements.

Apparently no arrangements need to be made for s50. The sexual exploitation is so vague to interpretation. I think him saying show me could be considered facilitating.

Has anyone else and there partners experience similar office? What sentences are given? Do cases have offence changed if there was no arrangements?

Any experience information is very much welcome.

Thanks x
