I feel like this is going to resonate with other toddler mams currently living under fully supervised contact, but I am going INSANE. I love my 3 year old with all my heart, she is the centre of my universe and I wouldn't give her up for anything. BUT my god how I long to be able to just take myself for a walk or to go shut myself in my bedroom for 10 minutes. The constant questions, the "why" as a response to anything I say, the singing humpty humpty and twinkle twinkle 5000 times a day, having a shadow literally everywhere, even the toilet. My loop earplugs are working overtime.

Even when her Dad isn't here (which he is often working lates because that's the only job he could get) because she's so used to being with me all the time, I still can't have a moment, all I tried to do this morning was try to use the toilet in peace and she was banging on the door crying because I wouldn't let her in! She literally climbs me, hangs round my neck, asks where I'm going if I try to so much as go make a coffee. I am literally ruled by a dictator of a toddler.

Not looking for advice, I just needed a rant, and to let other mamas feeling like me know you aren't alone! I am thankful to have some family support so I do get a break around once a week, so my heart absolutely goes out to mams who don't have that, you are wonder woman!
