Hi,

OP was convicted but no contact prohibitions were issued. We have since received DBS 'intention to bar' letter and I presume this will be an inevitable bar but am trying my luck here and would welcome any recommendations for lawyer or how to approach the appropriateness challenge in representations.

Much love x

Hi,

if the person has a conviction for sexual offences they are rightfully barred from working or volunteering with any vulnerable people.
If the intention to bar relates to a person associated with the offender this can be challenged. It isn't clear from your post what your question relates to xxx
