Hi everyone. My ex-partner's trial is set for the end of September. I've already attended previous hearings via remote video access and was granted that viewing by the court. I'm planning to try and get remote viewing access again for his trial, not to show support for him at all, but to hear all the evidence, defence and outcome for myself after being lied to and betrayed for so long. Has anyone else been able to get remote video access for a trial? I want to avoid attending court in person as I think it would be deeply traumatic for me to attend and I'm concerned about media prescience. I'm just hoping that the court grant me remote video access.
