Hi, new to the forums. Wanted to introduce myself, but don't know where to begin. Family member has recently been sentenced following an initial arrest and charge, it all still feels as fresh as day one. Hoping to find people in similar situations and get advice on how others have coped with this devastation x
I'm out the other side
At times it felt overwhelming - so much so that I didn't want to be here
But I can promise you that it does get better but it's one hell of a rollercoaster ride unfortunately
For me I got through it by trying to keep myself busy and surrounding myself with supportive friends
