What will the future look like....

Hi all....
So me and my partner were arrested last year for arranging and facilitating a child sexual offense. I was told that I had been implicated in the crime (I had no idea what the hell had happened!)
We were released on bail and as a result my daughter went under a section 20. I had to fight to prove my innocence and after 11 weeks all charges against me were refused, police admitted they mucked up and my daughter was returned to me the next day.
We are now 19 months on....he is still on bail and has had zero contact with our daughter for that whole time due to his bail conditions. Apparently charging should be soon but to be honest I have no idea when it will happen - also don't know what the charges will actually be. Social services told me they don't want him to have access to our daughter and the most they'd recommend is indirect contact.
My ideal would be for him to have indirect contact with her until she is old enough to be told the truth of what her dad has done and if she wants a relationship with him I would facilitate it. If he takes me to family court what is the chance of this happening? I'm so scared for the future, not just the safeguarding but also the emotional trauma it'll inflict on my daughter who is only 5!
My whole life feels like it's on hold until he is sentenced....I've had IPT therapy but tried to get CBT recently and was told I need trauma therapy first ...but they can't do that until he's sentenced! It's all such a mess and I just feel unsure about the future ????

Omg that is awful. The situation of having a loved one accused of this is awful enough without being implicated yourself. I don't have any words of advice but surely you should be entitled to know what evidence they had against you. Sending healing thoughts.
