Hi this is my first time posting on here.
I am wondering if anyone else has been in the same situation and could you tell me the outcome please.
So my person was arrested in August this year and bailed. He had been talking to a 12 year old on Snapchat. He had sent explicit videos and images to this girl. He said he was very drunk and didn't click at the time as she was 12.
My question is, has anyone else been in this situation and what was the outcome?
We are no longer together and have 2 children, obviously my whole life has been turned upside down.

Hi, my person was in a similar situation. Despite admitting to his offending as soon as he was arrested his case took 22 months from arrest to sentencing, He received a 2 year suspended sentence, 300 hours community work, a fine, attendance on the Horizon course, 10 years SOR and 10 year SHPO.
@ocean wow that seems a hell of a lot! How are things now since court, have things got better at all?
