Could someone please advise on what should be packed in a just in case bag? Ive read so many conflicting lists im just not sure. Also my OH is on daily medication can we pack unopened prescribed medications or is that a big No? My worry is him not getting the medications he needs in a timely manor.
Obviously praying we dont need it but want to be prepared.
Thank you x

Hi Bub,
I remember only too well how it felt watching my son prepare his 'just is case bag'. I really feel for you both during these anxious times. I'm not 100% sure about the medication as I've read mixed answers on this but we were told that the medication had to be in the original unopened packaging with a prescription label on it. The other items my son packed were;
Boxer shorts (up to 6 pairs)
Socks (up to 6 pairs)
T-shirts, including 1–2 gym tops (up to 6 in total; no slogans, offensive language or football shirts)
A warm jumper or sweatshirt (plain, no logo, and not dark colours like black or navy)
Flip-flops/sliders
Trainers (not expensive, but suitable for the gym and daily wear)
A towel, ideally a large or beach-style towel
1–2 pairs of tracksuit bottoms or leisure trousers
1 pair of gym shorts
A cheap digital watch (no smart features or Wi-Fi)
Cash — around £100
A paper list of contact telephone numbers
Photos of family
I truly hope its not needed but as the saying goes, 'prepare for the worst and hope for the best'.
