My partner staying at my house where my brother is?

Notifications OFF

Hi,

My partner has recently plead guilty to IIOC and signed the SOR. He often spends time at my home so we provided that address and notified them for his first 12+ hour stay.

My brother is 17, 18 in Dec. My partners offences were not against males. My mum is aware of the charges and is happy for my partner to stay.

Police have notified SS (who i was working for until this information came to light).

My house is split up over 2 floors and my brothers room is downstairs with his own bathroom.

Will SS become involved? we previously begged for their help due to my brothers mental health and they refused and his mental health is now better.

Police advised against overnight stays until a SW has decided so that is what we are doing.

Any experience or advice?
